Specialized loin knife for maximizing hield. Steel blade, flexible or rigid. Available in 2 designs: Right Hand and Left Hand. Furnished with Mound No. 400-H polypropylene white handles. Other handles can be furnished uppon request. Knives are furnished with a protective sleeve around the edge. Please see below video in how to use these knives.
