Steel blade, flexible or rigid. Available in 3 designs: Right Hand, Left Hand or Regular (center). Furnished with Mound No. 400-H Polypropylene white handles. Other handles can be furnished uppon request. Knives are furnished with a protective sleeve around the edge. Please see below video in how to use these knives.
