“BOW” type ribbing knives provide more clarance and flexibility when pulling rib cage from hog bellies. Preferred by many processors. Cast aluminum handle. Removable screw and washer assembly for easy blade installation. Blade is designed with special contour and proper angle for most efficient cutting performance. Blade only it is sold separately.
